Continuing with my website I have been struggling a lot but I am working my way slowing through recently just linking parts of my page with the navigation.  However, I did create a footer a while ago which is meant to be the ocean floor.  I have placed the image at the bottom however It just wint sit properly as there are gaps all at either end of the image.  This is with max-width: 100% and no padding.    Here is a screen shot of my problem;

Maybe its the size of the Illustrator file which I have been playing around with but no luck has come from this yet.
